the execrable Deben is either projecting or getting the legal blows in first - or mebbe both. The legal profession by and large preferring fees to actual truth and justice will no doubt hoover up any crumbs of public monies sprinkled by Deben and his motley crew.

you've got me a bit confused.... - the BBC piece on the Aberthaw power station wibbles and quotes some extraodinary claims about NOx emissions and does not mention particulates - at least the web page I'm looking at (wayback) - have I missed a link or something?
Claiming that Aberthaw power station kills 400 people a year and affects Swindon and Bournemouth is pretty ripe imho - hysterical irrational screeching being nearer the mark.... The pollution from Aberthaw was "felt" in Bournemouth - is an extraordinary claim and insupportable again imho.
They are gits - plain and simple.
As for the three musketeers riding The Empire Builder train trousering a likely £400 a day + expenses to produce propaganda ... nice work if you can get it ....
btw Welsh politics? - eeshh...I have some chums who move in those circles on the executive side - I hear toecurlers regularly.
