Client Earth to sue EU
Manufacturers set emissions control systems to switch off if overheated etc. This is cleared with EU.
But CE say the conditions should be public

Pg 11 Times : Graeme Paton writes an excited half page on "when we get self driving cars we'll be able to switch off streetlights"
Only if you ban humans from driving/cycling you idiot.

"Is seafood on the Kent coast polluted by plastic?"

I bet they'd be better off being polluted by plastic than being eaten by the 'concerned'.

Toshiba"New anode material, titanium niobium oxide achieves double the capacity of the anode of current lithium-ion batteries." and withstands fast charge better PR
so can recharge in 6 minutes.

That last bit is a red herring , cos you need 500 amps available to fast charge the thing
so I guess you slow charge at home all night
claimed range : 320km

Normal seeing is believing rule applies..you put in at family car , and we'll see if it really works like that.

Someone asked about ENEC wave power in Orkney making hydrogen.
Well searching twitter shows £20m+ in grants
Sustainable means paying back your grants.

Did windfarm biz ever pay back any grants ?

Me getting Ayrshire Argyllshire the wrong way

BBC Countryfile agenda
#1 Item Ponce Charles saving a stately home in Argyleshire

If this was what I was watching the "house" concerned is in Ayrshire. Home of the Dumfries family, including Johnny (John Colum Crichton-Stuart, 7th Marquess of Bute ) former F! driver. It is nowhere near Dumfries in Galloway. Just like many stately homes in the rest of the UK situated miles from the dukedom of the owner. The locals interviewed didn't speak with an Argyllshire accent.

Want to be a BBC Eco-warrior journalist in 2017? You can do it!

1) Pick random newsworthy event. Shoehorn in a climate angle.

2) Write story: Climate Change obviously behind newsworthy event as proved by you asserting it.. or cherry picking a voice.

3) Profit from Signalling Virtue

Eg BBC Radio 4 Home Correspondent report
"Here I am with the Cilgerran coracle net fishers but the River Teifi salmon and sewin stocks are drying up due to Climate Change"

Funny how news reports didn't mention Climate Change but said river pollution
