A couple of things.
The Beeb seems to be cranking up its campaign on air quality. Unfortunately, I can't remember how much they threw their weight in favour of moving to diesel to reduce evil CO2 emissions.
The BBC announced on the news tonight that Scott Pruitt, the new chief of the EPA, is not convinced that carbon dioxide is the primary driver of global warming. I expect lefty heads are exploding all over the Beeb and I look forward to listening to some outrage on the Today programme tomorrow morning.
This is maybe an opportunity for some complaints to the Corporation along the lines that if they hadn't banned critical scientific scepticism they would have seen the collapse of alarmism coming.

Is "pseudointellectualtotalbollux" the type of synthesis of big words that they have achieved without actually know it? They might aswell give up now and save someone else's money.
We had a similar occurrence on 25th Oct 1992, when the Arch Rock in Freshwater bay ceased to be an arch. I can't remember whether it was a storm wot done it, or just old age. I am certain, however, that it wasn't blamed on climate change - I'd definitely have remembered that!

Gwendolyn. I think the top bit of Durdle Door will fall, creating Durdle !
Apart from wantonly destroying well known seamarks, ocean splashification is a good thing, much loved by Newquay, California and Hawaii beach bums. One day we might get energy from it, but it will be difficult to tax.
Supertroll, one day, Dorset's Durdle Door, will become Dorset's Durdle Doh! This too, will be due to unrestrained Ocean Splashification.
EPA new boss.
