Alternatively ........

The BBC has yet to exceed its "Greta Capacity", that being the amount of airtime given for free to Green political advertising prior to the European Elections without receiving a complaint.

are causing climate change and are concerned about its impact.
Our research also shows that climate change is the No 1 issue that adults aged 28

funny out of 70 comments on the page none mentioned climate
Rather some previous letter had tried to call for Islamophobia defintion and all comments complained about it.

greta capacity?

Is that a new index for quantifying a child's gullibility?

@Mark my typo
if you stick the BBC story URL into a Twitter search
you get to see what people say about them

@mark start https://notalotofpeopleknowthat.wordpress.com/2019/05/11/guardian-lauds-coal-free-week-but-forgets-to-mention-gas-supplied-49/

\\ If you ignore the coal burned to make the 10% of energy we imported //

The picture the BBC uses is not of a pure coal power station
but of Drax power station which burns coal and WOOD

stewgreen -"if you stick the BBC story URL

Excuse my ignorance (as always), but what does this mean?

Scary stuff regarding the Museums Association and the Climate Museum. It's originally New York based, has its own Wikipedia page, but apparently isn't built yet.

To get action you can either do meaningless chat on a blog
..or you can use entryism to hijack the resources of huge largely tax payer funded NGOs

Another one just fallen is the Museums Association
April 2019 \\ The Museums Association (MA) has pledged its support
to Culture Declares Emergency (CDE)
as part of its commitment to the ethical and sustainable future of museums." //

Some nutter is founding a a Climate Museum

Tha CapacityFallacy : is about stating capacity, when that is meaningless cos it's actual output that counts
...solar might have greta capacity, but at night it's output is zero at night.

BTW last weeks More or Less dealt with the Coal Free hype

The usual (deliberate?) confused reporting:

"Britain in two-week coal-free record"

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-48473259

"On 14 May, Britain generated a quarter of its energy from the sun - the largest proportion yet."

Really? No...:

"Chris Skidmore, energy and clean growth minister, said: "The UK has the largest offshore wind capacity on the planet, can generate more than a quarter of our electricity needs from the sun and last year, more than half of our electricity came from low carbon sources.""

So that's not a quarter of electricity, not a quarter of our energy needs, which is significantly different. And by the way, one day three weeks from the longest day isn't the same as all year, including winter. Spin, spin, spin.
