Well there's a ragbag of responsibilities, which are all in conflict. The energy policy (100% subsidised renewables) is killing off enterprise and rewarding anybody who is reliant on subsidies. The energy policy (100% wind farms) will kill off tourism. Cognitive Dissonance must be a key requirement of the job.
