The Propaganda Bureau
Dec 7, 2012 BBC
I have reissued the story of the BBC's climate change seminar as a new pamphlet entitled The Propaganda Bureau. This takes the story previously told in Conspiracy in Green and updates it for the events of the last few weeks.
I'm not really expecting you all to rush out and buy it again - I'm just flagging it up so that if you see the new title in the sidebar you will know what it is. Subscribers can download the files for free.
Details here.

Not to steal the Bish's spotlight, but I received in the mail last night my Josh 2013 calendars. I love how they are oversized and professionally done. I opened to January and just seeing the cartoons for the first time in awhile made me giggle. Josh, you are one hell of an artist.
BUY THE PROPAGANDA BUREAU! ;)

Great title, Bish. Bob Ward must despair sometimes...
Did you add a six-page biography of mine (without the...ahem...bits that shouldn't be known)?
Otherwise I won't buy it!!!
I note what looks like a typo on page 27 of 34 (portrait pdf, not page numbered): "As a result, most remained answered" should be "As a result, most remained UNanswered"
[BH adds - an error in Orlowski's original. I'll do something in brackets.]
omnologos: You should subscribe and it is all free. I can assure you that there are no salacious details about you - tell us more.
Excuse me, shouldn't that be "Propaganda Service"?
Bish. Link http://www.bishop-hill.net/downloads/conspiracy-in-green/ does not work. Not primed yet? By subscribing, do you mean having a log into the site, or...?
[BH adds: Link fixed. It's for paid subscribers]
Yes. However, you're correct about the link in the post not working - but, happy days, the link in the downloads section of the members area does.
Must be having a dim day ... can't see any links to a "members area"! Am logged in, there's nothing in the Navigation tools... cricket's going well tho'!
Top right, below navigation.

more like 'ministry of truth', remembering that George Orwell worked for the BBC and reported his observations, albeit disguised as futuristic fiction, in one of his books.
There is nothing new in the BBC churning out government propaganda and telling us what to think while removing the intellectual tools of dissent.
Great read so far! My dear wife is being very tolerant as I keep my head down.
Possible typo - Top of page 18? on the pdf version regarding the Sugar case - "A final resolution to the case is expected at the start of 2012." Doesn't quite make sense as we're now at the end of 2012.
