More of a Rudolf Hess figure - she's seen the error of her previous ways and the evil in her previous comrades and has chosen a solo mission to do what she sees as the right thing.
Or maybe she's spotted a change in the, er, climate?
We did this subject a few days ago and I'm still undecided. She seemed happy enough a couple years back to be mixing the jugs of Kool Aid and lining up the plastic cups.
The Climate Audit thread is the funniest thing I have seen in years it is truly classic. My dragon is asleep in the next room and so I have been choking back the belly laughs :)
Regine Hock, a glacial geophysicist at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, told the National Geographic that the breakup of ice shelves is "a normal process that happens all the time".
But she said that such a "huge, huge piece of ice … is very unusual".
Scientists have said the first six months of 2010 were the hottest globally on record. The El Niño weather pattern has contributed to higher temperatures, but many scientists say elevated levels of man-made greenhouse gases are pushing temperatures higher.
Nobody claims global warming is the cause in the piece. Not even the journalist, he just sticks that paragraph in without any context to the preceding or following. It is almost like a cut and paste job by a sub-editor responsible for keeping the Guardian on message.
Truly awful journalism.
And who is it written for? Not the Knights nor Pages, but as a dummy (pacifier) for the believing peasants. Propaganda at its worst.
While I agree with you up and down about her history, and her addiction to Green Kool Aid, I do see the possibility of redemption. However, only time will tell. She has taken a lot of shit of late, which is more than I would be willing to do. So I am cutting her some slack for now.

You really need to think about publishing a small book (about 100 pages) of your cartoons. They may not sell well enough for a large publisher to take on but they will do well enough to earn you a few extra bob for the pub if you self-publish them. If you are interesting in self-publishing them, which is easy to do, send me an email off-line. I will be happy to point the way. It costs about $200 to get a POD version up and in the on-line bookstores. eBook versions are also easy.

2+2 does equal 5 for "sufficiently large values" of 2. It's an old "new math joke." I am sure Mann et al went to school and learned new math back in the 1960's when it was the in thing. He probably learned Post Normal Science at the same time. Or is it just Abnormal Science? Hard to tell.
DrC, yes a very funny post from Mosh. A cartoon would be more of a tribute really as I don't think you can better his script. The nice thing is everyone else can and has added to it.

What is "WC"?
William Connolley, perhaps?
Josh you need to show a bit of the stoat's 'fro poking out from his helmet.
Josh, you should do a cartoon on 2 + 2 = 5. See "Mosher on Gavin's Frustration" at Climateaudit.
Judy ain't no von Stauffenberg of climatology.

Mosher has just posted a continuation. Every bit as good as the first. A brief excerpt -
Briffa: I got 2+2=3
Harry: I didnt write that code.
Mann: Keith, hide that decline, here borrow 2 from me.
Jones: Keith, we match Mann now 2+2=5
There is much joy in heaven over one sinner that repenteth...

You should invite Mosher to start a thread here as well. Love his dialogue.
Sir Elton to record "Judy and the Jerks"? (to the tune of "Bennie and the Jets")
Great cartoon, Josh.
