Hockey Stick Illusion abroad
Jun 11, 2010 Climate: HSI
I've amended the link in the sidebar for non-UK readers who want to get hold of the Hockey Stick Illusion. The link now points at the Book Depository, a UK seller who will ship worldwide for free.

Your Grace, I paid for the Hockey Stick Illusion at Amazon (USA) on April 24, and I am still waiting for it. According to Amazon, your book was sold out at Amazon, and now they are trying to find another supplier. So far no dice. What did you do Your Grace, wrote the bestseller?
Thank you so much for this excellent book, that I have now read. I bought mine via Ebay and http://www.langtoninfo.co.uk/ , the delivery to Norway was without any problems.
I am recommending your book to family, friends and colleagues, so expect a few more copies sold over here. This book is a must read for anyone interested in the climate issue and how science has been hijacked for political purposes. Your book provides the required context and detail of this greatest scandal of our times.
I, too, ordered it from Amazon, who politely asked me after a month if I wanted to cancel. I said no.
I aim to wait to see how long it takes, to make a point when I eventually review it (whatever opinion I develop about it): It would seem to me that if there is a well-funded conspiracy to debunk and/or malign the paladins of global climate disaster, they could probably have arranged for publication of a highly effective (to judge from the reviews so far) critique in the United States.

Ditto here. I will order another one today from Book Depository. If I ever get one from Amazon, it is going to be nice present for my friend. Most of my friends are anti CAGW anyway. Good luck with your order.
hmm - I waited for around 28 days for my Amazon order. On arrival, in the first 60 pages, about 15 were blank!!!!!
Amazon have promised a replacement - so by the time I get to read the book it will be about 3 months.......................
I, too, ordered from Amazon U.S. Around 45 days later, I saw in an earlier thread that Amazon and U.S. distribution were not in place and that the Book Depository was shipping to the U.S. without any problems. I canceled the Amazon order, ordered from the BD and received in around 15 days, as promised.
There were issues with shipping to the US while my UK publisher tried to negotiate a deal with a US publisher. The US houses all wanted import sales to the US to stop in the meantime.
Couldn't you have just called B.I. Goil and asked him to grease a few palms?
