Overheating

Tim W is astounded at the temperature to which poverty campaigners think that it is necessary to heat one's home, namely 21^oC.  Well, I've news for him. 21^oC may be adequate for the poor, but for the political classes, only a steamy 23^oC will do.

The temperature in Cabinet Office buildings is normally set at 23 degrees where it can be centrally controlled.
