Met Office tea leaves

With the first October snow recorded in London for seventy years, I just feel that it's incumbent upon me to point out that the Met Office has forecast that it's going to be a mild winter again.

Tee hee.

(Busy on some stuff, so blogging may remain pretty light).

Hmm.. It hasn't stopped all but a handful of MPs rubber-stamping the Climate Change Bill in the Commons this week, though. Wonder if we will have a succession of these cold snaps - White Xmas, this year?

It amused me, too, that they were debating the 'global warming' bill while the snow began to fall! I wonder if any of them paused for thought as they emerged into the cold..?

If they were posessed of the power of thought, James, they would dump all of this Climate Change Bill nonsense immediately!

Ah, but it's 'climate change' now and not that embarrassing 'global warming'. Climate change now covers everything from snow on the Acropolis or in the Sahara to melting tarmac in Essex. This means that despite the cold the funding will never end.
