I think Sanders is confirming that he lost with grace, beaten by disgraceful behaviour by Team Clinton, and they are bad losers.
Sanders can sit back, knowing in his own mind, that he should have beaten Clinton, would then have beaten Trump, and then none of this would have happened.
Sanders might deem it correct to discredit some of Team Clinton's puppet masters.....

The Russians seem to have facilitated some of the action - but in a "passive" way. What's intriguing is that Fusion GPS were acting for Russians trying to get the US Magnitsky Act changed at the same time as they were interacting with the FBI and HRC's campaign and that at least one player was common to all three clients....

If all this started as a cover-up, to conceal "wrong doing" about Clinton's server, and includes tactics used against Sanders, peace-loving progressive Democrats are going to start wars with each other.

Snow turning to rain and virtually disappearing within 24 hours was indeed the forecast and the outcome, but I messed up Stewgreen's forecast getting the terminology wrong - it should have been "global warming ending shortly, followed by climate change".
Wonder if SG was disappointed?

This may be a naive well intentioned idea, or a "true news only allowed" restriction which will rapidly become a taxpayer funded Gov't propaganda machine.

The problem for anyone blaming "The Russians" for anything, is that there are wealthy and powerful groups of Russians with separate aims to Putin and the Kremlin.
Some Russians may have been investing/betting on a Clinton win, whilst others on a Trump win. Proving involvement of "The Russians", helping or sabotaging one camp, does not exclude others from doing the opposite. Some Russian money will have simply wanted a US President to oppose or support Putin, for very personal reasons.
