Yes there was a suspended sentence loitering. Its intent was clearly set out, with an explanation of how he might trigger it.

What part of
"4. And the charge? Breaching the peace. Nothing to do with the suspended sentence hanging over him from an equal travesty the last time – the judge made that clear later that it had nothing to do with it – no, it was breaching the peace this time, liable to cause unrest by influencing jurors.

do you not understand?

Audio: Listen: ~3min - Judge said suspended sentence irrelevant. Jailed 13 months for angering judge by being outside court. The photo of judge and police colluding prior to arrest always suggested this.

Abbopotamus Howls

Tory backbencher Philip Davies enraged Labour Shadow Home Secretary Diane Abbott during a parliamentary debate on stop-and-search, pointing out that searching minorities more often than white people makes sense as they are disproportionately likely to kill.

Khan’s London: Man Found Guilty of Stabbing Young Father to Death in Front of Partner for Rolex

Jordan Bailey-Mascoll, 25, was found guilty of the murder of Danny Pearce after a three-week trial at Woolwich Crown Court, where the jury heard the accused had behaved with such brutality in a “sustained” and “remorseless” attack in London that onlookers feared it was a terror attack

David Cameron Attacks Populism, But Admits Popular Immigration Concerns Have Been Ignored

The event was to launch the ‘Coalition for Global Prosperity’ campaign, which pushes to maintain Britain’s record levels of foreign aid handouts.

Speaking on anti-establishment political movements in Europe, the toppled leader said the establishment had to address the widespread concerns over immigration and globalist capitalism driving them.

"Britain’s record levels of foreign aid handouts" - which a large majority of taxpayers and also voters oppose.

"Establishment had to address the widespread concerns" - they have. It's a "hate speech" crime to disagree or even contempt of court, both imprisonable offences.

Hezbollah Terrorist Flags Ready to Fly in Khan's Londonistan Al-Quds March

The Iran-backed Hezbollah terrorist group’s flag will be flown through the streets of London on Sunday during the annual Al-Quds march after last-minute attempts to prevent the inflammatory act failed.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan said he wrote to Sajid Javid, the new Home Secretary, calling for the flags which bear a dagger and an assault rifle to be banned entirely, but this would not be proceeding.

Khan, you're distorting facts - possibly lying. When did you write to Javid, Friday night? London Assembly has been demanding you do this for years and you've refused.

Solution: Austria Shutting Down Seven Radical Mosques, Expelling Dozens of Foreign-Funded Imams

Austria’s conservative coalition government will close seven radical Islamic mosques and expel dozens of foreign-funded imams with Vice Chancellor Heinz-Christian Strache remarking, “We’re only just getting started.”

The government made the announcement on Friday morning at a press conference as part of the coalition’s campaign against radical Islamic ideology and the influence of countries like Turkey in the Austrian Islamic community

Well done Austria. Shame on UK State.

Mr and Mrs Balls still have hopes of occupying No's 10 & 11 Downing Street at the same time. Besides the obvious problems that anyone can make about forgetting where they each live for tax purposes, Commons Expenses, Bedroom Tax etc, Mr Balls is not an MP, and Momentum will not allow a Blairite to have a safe seat.

A pair of Balls to replace Corbyn, is not even considered by Momentum, though others within Labour would consider it a fair exchange, before any are too tired and worn out.

Balls did not lead with two left feet on Pro Celebrity Dancing, and some remain critical of their combined ability to co-ordinate left and right at the same time, as they tend to lean right.

EB has maintained a better public profile than YC. YC is now going foe equality, on a topic Momentum can't afford to undermine.

The utterly ghastly Mrs Balls at the Home Affairs Select Committee prattling / spouting on about YouTube and Tommy Robinson.

Yvette's another Westminster PPE career oxygen thief trying to justify/paper over the left's present problem with debate etc. and force her agenda onto everybody via the sort of presumption that gormless unemployable student politicians specialise in.

Political correctness incarnate - dressed up as manners - or something like that.

I have never been to Lincoln Cathedral, but the UK's shortage of earthquake zones does not mean tremors won't happen.

When structures suddenly fail, there may have been some form of trigger event, that was separate to the underlying cause. Earthquake resistance is not deliberately designed into UK buildings, but some have it due to their flexible or massive construction.

Unreinforced brick and stonework relies on its own self weight to hold it together. It is a carefully designed series of linked stacks of brick and stone. Shake it violently enough, it will crack up. Shake it at the correct frequency, and you get a wobble that amplifies the problem. Tacoma Narrows Bridge, and more recently the Millenium Bridge are well known on YouTube.

Mad? Bad? Stupid?
Doubly squared, and rounded up for good measure.

Yes there was a suspended sentence loitering. Its intent was clearly set out, with an explanation of how he might trigger it.

Ignorance of the Law is no defence, and can be unfair. Deliberately ignoring the Law, as explained in person by a Judge, in a Court, and confirmed in writing .......

He was nannied by UK Law, at taxpayers expense, to protect him from himself.

Wow.

Did anyone ever explain this to stewgreen, Pcar or Geert Wilders?

I have not met any of them, and I am still not a Lawyer, but it does seem like something that most simple idiots could understand, unless they refused to accept anything they didn't like, and were obsessed with publicity stunts.

As someone who was only just on the BREXIT side of the debate prior to the referendum, I am more pro-BREXIT than I was before, due to the stupid self interest being displayed by the EU itself, and the UK Remain factions within the UK.

Unrestricted immigration and the superior legal status provided to minorities, whilst marginalising the rights, traditions and Law of primitive natives, was never one of the Politically Correct Progressives smarter ideas.

About 15 years ago, I was sat in a meeting with a community that was suffering a local crimewave of mindless vandalism. The Senior Police Officer present explained that people locked away in prison were either Mad, Bad, or Stupid. She added that unfortunately, being "Stupid" was not in itself, grounds for arrest. Tommy Robinson has proved that one assumption made by UK Law, was wrong, although he did have to go to extreme demonstrations of stupidity to prove it, even having to film it, and broadcast himself, live on the internet, for Judges and Law Enforcement to watch at their leisure.

If too many people get locked up for being ignorant about their own stupidity, good decent and proper law-breaking criminals in prison will feel their lifestyle cramped, and privileges restricted. They won't like it all. They hold in contempt those pretending to be ignorant of UK Law.

Golf Charlie
As you raised the subject of last night's evens centred on Hull it reminded me of the 12rh century predecessor estimated at about 5.0 which some claim took out part of Lincoln cathedral which others say was down to poor construction.

I don't like getting involved, but for clarification wasn't Tommy R also done for breaching the terms of a suspended sentence imposed for similar transgressions and still active at the time of his latest shinanegans. If so he was doubly foolish or determined to go to prison.
