That looks like a desperate bluster to get people to hang onto their shares for a guaranteed $420

Agreed. The vice chancellor was likely 'gazzumped ' into her action - panicked likely - no time to do the checks maybe - but she has been exposed throughout the country as being somewhat foolish. And this man whose talk was banned was a national figure of some importance.
