Bishop Hill A new edition of the Hockey Stick Illusion

The Hockey Stick Illusion went out of print recently. This meant that the rights to the title reverted to me and I have spent most of the last couple of weeks trying to put my own edition out there so that it remains available.
The Kindle version is now available. A print version will follow in due course.

I'm glad you dropped the 'corruption of science' tagline, Bish. Although true, I feel it may have put a few waverers off.
Time to update the 'Buy' gif, to incorporate the updated cover.

It should be really useful on Kindle for delegates going to COP 21, if they want to learn something about the 'science' that makes their agenda possible.
Very helpful. Sourcing second hand copies in recent months was getting inconvenient and for some people, it's best to give a new hard copy.
You're better off with Kindle anyway, you get much more of the profits and you get paid promptly.
Amazon is great for writers.

I have seen this book described as a naïve blog of Steven McIntyre's work and not adding anything to it.
Seem to remember someone here (Onbyaccident/aTTP?) also debunked this book. Whoever it was seemed to know more about the math than is present in any denier analysis (i.e. this book and Steve Mc). Anyone recall and can point to this as I recall it was useful (this site not good for that)?
I have seen that no one from Real Climate is prepared to give expert witness evidence to support Michael Mann. Perhaps he ought to ask aTTP and OnbyAccident?

I hope someone will consider making a movie of it. I'd cast Tom Selleck as Steve McIntyre and Gary Sinise as Ross McKitrick. Matt Ridley could do a cameo at a conference at Cambridge saying "now there's something that shows the current warming is unprecedented and its been published in Nature magazine".
