I sometimes wonder if the day will ever come when people like Gummer will be held properly accountable for their behaviour. He is the living embodiment of the word odious.
Lord Deben is calling Matt Ridley a "denier." This is hardly civil conversation. Lord Deben has complained about the nasty names others have called him. Perhaps he should clean up his own act first.
I've run out of epithets for the ignoble Lord. The Norwegian minister who dubbed him a 'drittsekk' on relatively short acquaintance in 1993 was clearly a keen judge of character...
