Plenty of scope in this article for Josh, love the comment ref teenagers now being able to use Global Warming as an excuse for earlier sex.

Points to note are

The study uses data up to 2006 so misses the last 3 cold winters

The research is funded by the NERC, which spends £40 million per year on climate change research.

And includes the following comment "However, we still do not know exactly what is causing these changes in the timing of the deer's annual cycle."

I bet Piers Corbyn will be delighted with this great likeness of him Josh.

Your ideas and cartooning skills are just fantastic.

I'm really too old for 'jeans and T shirt' fashion, but I'd happily make an exception for this and the "winter of discontent" - preferably in time for the warmer weather, so as to annoy as many of my sanctimonious acquaintances as possible.

How about it, Josh?

Nice one, Josh!

Josh - you're a national treasure!
The reasons being that you're making one smile even on the gloomiest of days, and that you're always doing it with a lovely sharp pen, ridiculing those who deserve it without ever being nasty.

Thanks!

Thanks, all! Actually it is Piers who is the national treasure and, yes, he did like his cartoon.

MikemUK - am I right in thinking you would like a Tshirt or two? I can certainly get any design onto a Tshirt. Do email me (josh at cartoonsbyjosh.com)

The book will take a little longer.

That would be an iPad, then?
(Still trying to think of a suitable climate-related term with an 'i-' prefix..)

Josh
Please work up a 2012 calender. With that parcel, December's in the bag already.

Josh the modest eh?

So let's just settle on the fact that both Piers and Josh are national treasures.

Both, hopefully, along with many others, will go down in the history of this period with immense credit while others sink into the East Anglian pit of despair, despondence, desolation, doom. and
con-DEM-nation
