Black's name leads here:
http://eciu.net/about/who-we-are
"Who we are" is incomplete, as no mention is made of propaganda and disinformation.
Headteacher of primary school complains about kashmir goats on Great Orme (Llandudno), descendants of a pair given to Queen Victoria by the Shah of Persia, eating young fruit trees planted by his pupils. Stupid man, goats probably there before the school. Protect your trees better or do something different. Perhaps take advantage of the fact that your school has visiting goats - you must be the envy of many.
BBC says goats are bringing ticks (not mentioned by Guardian) - so fence off the School grounds or better still attract them to part of the School and take advantage of their presence. Surely the School kids climb on Great Orme and will pick up ticks anyway? What a good opportunity for the School to impart health information. Some people only see problems, others opportunities.

I can can think of loads of occasions where Black's dishonesty and exaggeration might have triggered a terse putdown and having to use an egg account to follow him...
I'm always curious to see what a paid-for stooge provides for his fees - yock mostly - but I'd love to know what his salary is :-) - and Bob Ward.
@Tomo Re him blocking me
... whilst I don't go round name calling people, that was an open goal and I took it.
And I was entirely open to him showing us evidence that he is not shill.... But he chose not to
The topic should not be excluded from debate.
Re the survey .. A one off cherry picked survey is no proof
Especially as it runs counter to the public's actions.
Roadside littering is vastly up, cos people are too busy concentrating on reducing CO2 ? I don't think so.

re Home Office
nail on the head I feel - the assorted attacks we've seen on EU nationals and legitimate non-EU spouses etc. hint at an anti-Brexit motivation too.
They are used to causing trouble for people on what is essentially a whim basis as they are told that they have some discretion when judging personal circumstances. They also have near zero personal risk from behaving badly and in the cases that "went wrong" that I know of thousands had to be spent and months of anxiety endured to return to the situation that prevailed prior to the intervention of officials....
Maybe we just don't hear about the situations where they show a bit of common sense and give people who've been here for years, contributing - some administrative leeway ? - I bet they are scrabbling to find some happy customers, to provide testimonials as to their humanity and sensible treatment of folk.
re: Richard Black
he's overly fond of quoting opinion polls as justification for his propaganda - I haven't been overtly unpleasant to him on Twitter (it takes considerable restraint !)
