Worst BBC programme of all time?

BBC Radio 4's Feedback programme looked at the space given to global warming sceptics in the period covering the release of the Fifth Assessment Report.

The programme was shameless, stupid and dishonest.

But you knew that.

Thursday 24/10/13 Delingpole : Steve Jones appearance on BBC Feedback, was the target
- The next day Feedback certainly didn't apologise, they played SJ again tempered by 1 of the 3 vox pop being a skeptic, one wet, another alarmist ranter ..
- then BBCNews resisted a total ba on skeptics ..BBC represents it's audience and since there are quite a few skeptics in the audience they must be represented
- like are we supposed to be thankful for 5% concession
Greens have 100% of the mouths and we skeptics have 100% of the truth

Dear AlecM,

I'm interested in your repeated claim that Richard Nurse is a former president of the Galton Society.

The earliest claim to this effect that I have been able to find is a comment on Tallbloke's blog, dating from 15 Feb, this year ('Nurse was past President of the Galton Institute, until 1989 the Eugenics’ Society'). You were the author.

A few days later, on 19 Feb the assertion was repeated, by someone else, on a comment thread on the Spectator -- a thread on which you also commented.

You made the assertion again on Bishop Hill on the same day, 19 Feb, and then again on 27 April, 13 May, 11 Aug, and most recently 19 Oct.

The factoid seems to have been repeated by very few other people. Do you actually have any secure evidence for this assertion? Or are you the originator and principal promulgator of this meme?

AlecM: I should add that most recently you referred to Nurse's presidency of the Galton on Delingpole's blog, on 10 November. I think you've mentioned the matter on several other occasions in that place.

AlecM, thank you for you retraction of your false assertion that Paul Nurse was the President of the Galton Institute, made on Delingpole's blog for 7 Nov (comment made on 11 Nov).
