@RC Sorry but being far away you are talking rubbish.
I said "The BBC is also very London centred and zero staff in North Lincolnshire as we have no BBC TV or radio studios."
That's 100% True
When Humberside was abolished it became 3 regions East Yorks, North Lincs and NE Lincs.
We never go to Grimsby it's 30 miles away. That part-time BBC studio where they do occasional radio progs from is in the far corner of the next region to us.

Lincolnshire is a different county.

All the BBC local radio stations have jumped in on the anti-diesel car Campaigning.

All BBC local radio stations have received amended editorial guidelines (with canned examples ) revising the both the transmission slot suitability and approved content arrangement relating to the topic of diesel car emissions.

There ... FIFY

They did this with several fracking stories both on the Alan Partridge zone and BBC regional TV magazine programs.

The only question in what's left of my mind is did this emanate from David Holdsworth or direct from the Wheeliebin team?

"Grimsby is not in North Lincolnshire"

North Lincolnshire was formed following the abolition in 1996 of Humberside County Council, which also included Grimsby!

You are suffering from 'country realignment syndrome'! I remember people wondering why Humberside was ever created: they liked being in Lincolnshire! It was 'the bridge' that was, if I remember rightly, promised during a parliamentary bye election that brought it on.

The BBC studio hasn't moved any further away from East Lincolnshire and its access shouldn't be affected by the change. Lincolnshire still exists.

PR experts are clearly backing off the Global Warming narrative
And regrouping around air pollution narrative as a strategy.

The GreenBlob hedgefund & subsidy mafia know some issues are balanced towards emotion not logic so if they keep pushing they'll get free cash.

Someone just described the BBC's stunts as grooming children.

Grimsby is not in North Lincolnshire

Mountaineer jobs are not funded by the public like BBC and gov are.

I don't think it is practical to have every job type, minority etc evenly spread out across the nation, though the 10.6% - 8.3% = 2.3% extra civil servants in Scotland do even things up a bit.

And I bet there are more mountaineering related jobs in Scotland than in London.

The BBC is also very London centred and zero staff in North Lincolnshire as we have no BBC TV or radio studios."
Even in the Home Counties, we think that the BBC is very London centred, even though a load of them have moved to Manchester! And don't you have Radio Humberside, with a studio in Victoria Street in Grimsby?

R4 now Leeds Uni "Small new diesel cars are as dirty as a fully laden lorry"
They mean NOx

It's wrong of them not to mention that context.

He said a new Polo is 13 times cleaner than new Passat
