I don't know, but the SNP have confirmed their intention to export employment from Scotland.
I wonder whether some parts of Scotland will now want to declare Independence from the SNP.
The comments on the article are open and are not running 99% in favor if activists ..they might just have the edge but don't have the top comment
An example
"Hopefully England will stand strong against the great unwashed protesters."

\\ Mr Wheelhouse said the consultation came back with "overwhelming" opposition to fracking, with 99% of the 60,000 respondents supporting a ban//
Too wow to be true
An extraordinary claim
With no extraordinary evidence presented.
Apart from the fact that English fracking is mainly been done by Scottish corp Ineos to provide feedstock for feedstock for a Scottish factory.
..do SNP propose to stop Ineos importing fracked gas from the US ?
It's almost as if the SNP are using old Rab C Nesbitt episodes + scripts as instructional material - I feel confident Paul Wheelhouse has a nickname or nom de guerre

The "B Arkers" at Dong Energy strike again. Dong is imho little more than a Danish goobermint department that has a history of expensive incompetence. Re-branding is the usual resort of a failing bureaucratic organisation.
DONG : Danish Oil and Natural Gas
Renamed to Orsted after 18th century Danish Electromagnetism scientist.

Boo BaWards should be presented for outstanding achievements in Green Blobbery.
Surviving members of the Green Blooberry wing of the Conservative Party, have kept quiet so far at this year's Conference.
Yes than London edition of Inside out was like an 8 min advert for Electric Cars
02/10/2017, Inside Out London - BBC OneCan the electric car really save the planet?
"1 in 4 people considering buying an EV
.. with 9,000 deaths a year linked to Londons air.... "
(giving a weaponised stat without proper context)
The prog was more about there not being enough electrical car charging points
... eg people parking a ICE car in front
( ..If you look at the Yaris hybrid advert, "don't need to plug in" you'll see what I think is happening
'I have come to buy an electric car, ah but there aren't enough charge points..so you need this hybrid instead"
..people will realise they can park a hybrid in a charging spot and pretend they are charging it.)
"Energy saving Trust say only 5 rapid charging points, so i bought a Tesla with its exclusive networks"
"Uber has own rapid charging points but they charge more than diesel"
"On street charging costs hundred of thousands , to install, but one German corp is doing that for a fraction of that"
..well then it doesn't cost hundreds of thousands
"They Ubertricity turn lamp posts into chargers"
Ending
"Those past and present await our electric future"
..told you it was like an advert
(The third segment was an advert for the dream of organic Garden in Lea in North London..SJW pet topic
magic word "diversity" spouted
end phrase "London could be full of incredible organic gardens like these")

I'd wager that consultation won't stand up to scrutiny.
The SNP and their client army of bureaucrats + NGOs have previous in faking "evidence" - the mere fact that the goons see fit not to link to the "consultation" or expose it directly to scrutiny tells you that they aren't confident it'll stand up.
The BBC piece was penned by an uncredited Wheeliebin I think as it has many of the motifs and forms of words he's fond of in there.
Talking of forms of words - Ineos won't get far being dignified and civil with the SNP - Jim Ratcliffe would do well I suspect to "go a bit Malcolm Walker" when dealing with eejits like Paul Wheelhouse.
Anybody seen a copy of the consultation?
Looking at the BBC comments I'd also wager there's quite a few Guardian regulars in there....
