Not paywalled:
The illegal behaviour appears to be part of a politically motivated move, by “obtaining certain non-related commitments” which differ from country to country.
Notably, Gazprom was found to be charging $350 per 1000 cubic meters of gas in Poland, compared with $200 in Germany.
The report also showed that Gazprom employed a variety of techniques to divide EU nations, including re-export bans, restrictions on metering stations, destination clauses, and refusal to change delivery points.
EU Corrupt and does Germany's bidding - really? Who'd ever have suspected that? /sarc

Littlejohn: The shrine outrage is proof, if any were needed, that the Old Bill has lost the plot completely
Answer: if you want to protest peacefully outside the abortion clinic you will be subject to a 100-metre exclusion zone and could be fined up to £1,000.
On the other hand, if you want to demonstrate your support for a worthless career criminal killed while he was committing an armed burglary at the home of a 78-year-old pensioner and his disabled wife, you'll be afforded police protection.
In fact, anyone who attempts to remove a makeshift shrine to the dead burglar has been warned by a senior Scotland Yard officer that they could be arrested.
Military coup needed?
More biased BBC reporting:
"Jaguar Land Rover to shed 1,000 contract staff":
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-43756202
Jaguar Land Rover says it will not be renewing the contracts of 1,000 temporary workers at two factories.
The UK's biggest carmaker, owned by India's Tata Motors, blamed "continuing headwinds" affecting the car industry.
It said it was continuing to recruit large numbers of engineers and apprentices and it remained committed to its UK plants [admittedly this is positive, but at this stage of the article, numbers are not mentioned].
Earlier this year, it said it would cut production amid uncertainty over Brexit and changes to taxes on diesel cars."
Almost buried at the end of the article is this:
"...but company insiders were keen to stress that it would continue to invest in its UK plants and recently launched a drive to recruit another 5,000 engineers."
Hardly net job cuts then, quite the contrary, but the story is presented in the headline as job losses, and at the start of the article Brexit is blamed.
Here is the link to an to ( IMHO) an excellent lecture sponsored by GWPF and presented by Niv Shaviv on the connection between Solar activity and global temperature. I find his arguments very compelling.

The Greens have killed most industrial processes that require heat.
If she is now talking "Combined Heat and Power", that requires something that produces Heat AND Power RELIABLY, especially on cold winter nights. Does she have any suggestions that don't involve fossil fuels or nuclear?
Also NZ the new lefty gov plans to lead the world, by banning new offshore oil/gas..and planting 100m trees/year
To me NZ is not green, they plundered the nature and then planted great monoculture forests by giving tax breaks to their mates.

Standard practise for the party which supported Hitler - often refereed to as Scottish Nazi Party - they behave like a dictatorship.
Strange they plan to land cable in Cockenzie, long way south then 1/2 way up Forth estuary.
