I am sure many here are, like me, fans of the witty xkcd.com cartoons. So the recent Twittering of his cartoon on Global warming might have caused a few groans of dismay. You can see it here. It is a great cartoon.
Sadly some seemed to think this was what Global warming scetpticism is about. So I thought a gentle riposte was in order.
