The trip

At least one commenter has correctly surmised that the purpose of my trip south has been to watch David Holland questioning Sir Muir Russell and Edward Acton about the details of the Climategate inquiries at the Information Tribunal. That's tomorrow's excitement. I've also had some discussions today which may turn out to be just as important in the long run.

Interesting times.

I thought it ironic....as there`s no iron in it.
I`ll take appropriation as approval,There`s lots of advantages to getting older...i`m playing them all like a pro!

Jferguson //agw? it all works!

Haroldw.
Wouldn't it be /Fey for irony?

I`d go with that! But you`d bust a nut explaining it to netizens of the interweb:)

Gavin has a paper by Trenberth confirming a 4 degree sensitivity...how did we know that these guys would do that, and peer-reviewed to boot! you have to love Trenberth...whatever the odds, he will produce a peer-reviewed paper with the required result. Awesome!

Sorry diogenes you are not getting me over to RealClimate. Until they start treating commenters with some civility they can do without my traffic. But Gavin's little bit of snark is deliciously ironic given that the whole CAGW shooting match was predicated on 15 years' worth of warming from 1973 to 1988.
