Black in pay of green?

Bishop Hill in BBC, Greens

Black's Whitewash reckons he has evidence that while reporting from Rio for the BBC, Richard Black is also working for a green NGO. There is certainly evidence that the BBC World Service were to be approached by NGO Stakeholder Forum about getting training and that they subsequently budgeted for a BBC Environment Correspondent to work for them in this area during the Rio conference.

I also note that TVE, one of the companies involved in the illicit sponsorship of BBC programmes, appears to be involved.
