The India Times reports that the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, one of the most active green think tanks, has had its purse strings cut by its parent body the Pew Charitable Trusts. In the absence of anything better, the Centre has decided to take up funding from a number of big businesses, including Shell, and has rebranded itself the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions.
Presumably we are going to hear little more about the Center, now that it is big-oil funded? Or will its output be written off as untrustworthy?
